HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS
 Application:
Hydraulic cylinders are destined for operation in the hydraulic systems as executing elements. They are used in appliances working ashore and on board of the vessel.
Execution:
- Piston hydraulic cylinders of double-action,
- Plunger hydraulic cylinders of single-action,
- Telescopic hydraulic cylinders of single-action,
- Telescopic hydraulic cylinders of double-action,
- Special executions – independently of fixed production program, Hydroster manufactures also the hydraulic cylinders acc. to individual requirements of the client, this ref. both technical parameters as well as construction solutions.
Types:
- Hydraulic cylinders with self-aligning fastening,
- Hydraulic cylinders with self-aligning fastening on pins,
- Hydraulic cylinders with flange fastening,
- Hydraulic piston cylinders with cushioning in the limit positions of the piston,
- Hydraulic piston cylinders with self lock in the limit positions of the piston,

Dimensions:
- pistons diameters ø40 ÷ ø600mm,
- piston rods diameters ø22 ÷ ø420mm,
- stroke: in standard execution up to 2200 mm,in special executions up to do 11000mm (telescopic cylinders)
Working pressures:
- 16 MPa.
- 20 MPa,
- 25 MPa,
- 32 MPa,
- 35 MPa,
Speed of piston rods: ≤0,5 m/s
Ambient temperature: -25°C ÷ +80°C
Coatings of piston rods:
- hard technical chromium (Cr),
- nickel – hard technical chromium (Ni + Cr),
Additional equipment:
Hydraulic cylinders can be delivered with installation holders in shape of eyes with self-aligning bearings. The eyes can be manufactured with outer thread and adjustment of bolting length with piston rod or with outer and inner thread without adjustment.
In special executions, cylinders can be equipped with hydraulic control blocks.
Quality control:
Each cylinder before delivery is tested in operation and subjected to pressure test.
Upon the demand of the Client, cylinders are delivered with certificate of quality control acceptance by Classification Society for ships as ABS, BV, DNV, GL, LR, PRS.
Mode of ordering:
The full marking acc. to the given catalogue Card of Hydroster or determination of
the technical parameters as, piston diameter, piston rod diameter, stroke, installation dimensions, position of supply holes against the hole axis in the eye, required working pressure should be given in orders for hydraulic cylinders.
